When you were 17 did you think like this? “Even when the looks go away and the six-pack is gone and the arms aren’t as big and I’m shriveled up, I’m still going to be writing, because that’s what I do… If I don’t write music, I’m going to do books, if I don’t do books; I’m going to do something.” Well, it’s good to know Lil’ Zane has a career he can fall back on, but it doesn’t look like that will be necessary. In addition to his album Young World: The Future, he’s been cast in the upcoming Sean Connery film Finding Forrester set to release later in 2000. Lil’ Zane will be touring to support his album this summer, but you can catch a glimpse of his act now with his performance of “Money Stretch.”
